Some of my best client relationships started a year or more before anyone bought or sold a thing. That's how I like it. I want you to feel educated, prepared and confident long before you sign anything, and never pressured.

I'm a REALTOR® with Coldwell Banker Realty in Kailua, and I live in Ewa Beach with my wife, Amanda, and our four kids. About 95% of my business comes from referrals, which tells you most of what you need to know about how I work. I listen first, I tell you the truth, and I try to give the advice I'd give my own family.

My path here wasn't typical. I went to school to fly, earned a degree in aviation flight technology and became a commercial pilot. Then I spent more than 14 years in full-time ministry with The Salvation Army, including seven years at the Kroc Center Hawaiʻi. Real estate brings both of those together. It takes the detail and structure of flying, and it's about people the whole way through.

I hold the Military Relocation Professional (MRP) designation and love helping military families with PCS moves and VA loans. I also work with first-time buyers, seniors and downsizers (and the adult kids helping them), families handling a probate or trust sale, people relocating to Oʻahu, and investors. I own investment property myself, so I understand those decisions from the inside.

Buying or selling a home usually comes with a big life change. My job is to bring some calm to that, walk you through each step and make sure you never feel alone in it.

Part of every home I help sell or buy goes beyond the closing table. My faith shapes how I run this business, and I use what it earns to help fund clean-water wells for communities in South Sudan, where I've seen the need firsthand.
